These Terms govern cleaning services provided by First Call Cleaning LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company located at 6415 Leonard Ave, Cocoa, FL 32927. By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.
We provide in-person cleaning services — move-out and move-in turnovers, recurring residential cleaning, and post-construction cleanup — at properties within our Brevard County, Florida service area. Our own crew performs the work. We are the direct provider of the service; we are not an affiliate, a broker, a referral platform, or a reseller of other companies' labor.
We provide a quote based on the property size and the scope you describe. The quoted price is what you pay unless the actual scope on arrival differs materially from what was described, in which case we will discuss and confirm any change with you before proceeding. Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement.
Payment is due on completion of the job unless another arrangement is agreed in writing (for example, monthly invoicing for recurring property-management accounts). We accept the payment methods stated at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees, memberships, or automatic recurring charges beyond the schedule you agree to.
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time. Please secure valuables and fragile items. We treat every home and unit with care and carry insurance; if our crew causes damage, notify us within 24 hours so we can address it.
Quality issues, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Our liability for any claim connected to a cleaning is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions we did not cause. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.
