First Call Cleaning LLC quotes every job in full before we begin, and we stand behind the work. This policy explains how cancellations, re-cleans, and refunds work. Because our service is labor performed at your property, the terms below reflect the fact that a clean is a scheduled crew visit, not a shipped product.

Our re-clean guarantee

If something was missed or not done to the agreed scope, contact us within 24 hours of the job and we will return and re-clean the affected areas at no charge. Our first response to a quality issue is always to fix it in person.

Recurring plans

Recurring cleaning plans are not contracts and have no membership fee, no auto-renew lock-in, and no cancellation penalty for the plan itself. You can pause or stop a recurring schedule at any time by contacting us before the next visit — only the individual-visit notice rule above applies.
